Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As for international shipping, the available shipping options will appear on the checkout page based on the address you provide.
To ensure proper service, please make sure to enter your shipping address and contact phone number correctly and clearly when completing your order.
If you qualify for free shipping, the store reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping company based on the address registered in your order.
Important: For international shipments, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include customs duties. Customs fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Please note that international shipments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How long does delivery take?
If your order contains ready-to-ship products, it will be dispatched immediately after payment confirmation and should arrive within 1–6 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For customized orders, such as prescription glasses, the delivery time may take 3–10 business days.
You will receive an SMS notification once your order has been shipped, including your shipment details so you can track it with the courier company.
